Secure Entry - Media Center Renovation - Electrical Panel - Mechanical Unit Replacement
The School District of Orrick, Missouri will receive sealed bids at Main Office, 100 Kirkham Street, Orrick, Missouri 64077, for furnishing all new materials and labor for ORRICK R-XI SCHOOL DISTRICT SECURE ENTRIES, MEDIA CENTER AND PLAYGROUND project. The work includes, but is not limited to the following, all per the drawings and specifications. Secure entry renovations at the High School and Elementary School entrances, Administration Area renovations at High School and Elementary School, Media Center renovation, Electrical panel replacement, Mechanical Unit replacement, Playground demolitions, Playground addition. Work will include new walls, new doors, new ceilings, new flooring, storefront doors and windows, HVAC distribution modifications in High School and Elementary School entries/Admin areas, new mechanical units in the gymnasium, lighting and electrical; new cabinetry; new windows; new playground. Bids for all work will be received until 2:00 p.m., local time, on November 26, 2024, at which time they will be opened and publicly read aloud. There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on November 19, 2024, 10:00 a.m., local time, 100 Kirkham Street, Orrick, MO 64077. All interested parties should attend this Pre-Bid Conference.
